PACKAGING MATERIALS SHIPPING POLICY

All the orders of Stock Packaging Materials are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation via our trusted shipping partners. The shipping time varies from 2 to 10 working days depending on the location and serviceability, however there can be delays due to exceptions.

The Custom Packaging orders will have a different lead time as per the production timeline, kindly confirm with us before order placement.

PACKAGING CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Order cancellation: The request for cancellation can be placed before the items are dispatched. Once the materials are shipped, the request for cancellation will not be considered.

Return: Goods if found defected can be returned within 7 working days, subject to the Terms & Conditions.

Criteria for Return:The goods will be accepted in return only if found defective, or doesn’t match the order specification. SendEasy has the sole right to accept or reject a Return and Refund request.

Refund: Subject to conditions of the goods received, refunds are initiated within 7 working days after the return, in the respective bank accounts.

COURIER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

The company has several cancellation and refund policies based on the time when cancellation request is made:

Order cancellation before it is processed (before courier assignment and label generation): Order is cancelled before the payment is processed, hence no refund is provided.

If the receiver denies the delivery: The order is cancelled and returned to the sender as per the partner vendors policies, no refund is made.

Subject to conditions of the goods received, refunds are initiated within 7 working days after the cancellation of an order in the respective bank account.

In case of a refund, the user agrees to let SendEasy deduct its payment gateway charges and other charges from the payment made.

Users can choose to have their payment refunded if the operator, they have chosen, is unable to deliver the Services mentioned.

A User cannot ask for a refund if the Services are delivered as mentioned. The Users relieve the company or the third party from any obligation to make a refund in such a case.

In any other scenario, other than the above, the Company are not obligated to make any refunds.
