What type of Packaging Materials you provide?
We provide Rigid and Flexible stock Packaging Materials made from PP, LDPE, BOPP, and other eco-friendly options made from Paper, Bio-degradable plastic etc. used extensively for Primary and Secondary level of Packaging.
Do you provide Customized Packaging Materials?
Yes, we do undertake Custom Printed Packaging orders as per the specifications with certain MOQs.
How can I place an order?
An order can be placed via Email, Calls, Messages, Website, Social Media currently, and we will confirm the same.
Do you provide shipping Pan India?
Yes, we provide shipping of our Packaging Materials Pan India as well as internationally.
How long will it take to dispatch the orders?
After Payment confirmation, we usually take 2 to 3 working days for dispatch of Stock Packaging Materials and the lead time for Custom Packaging Materials varies as per the requirement. However, do check with us the stock availability and lead time before placing an order.
How long does shipping take?
We send materials through our various courier partners. The shipping time will vary as per the location and courier service. It generally takes 2 to 10 working days Pan India, but may take longer due to exceptions.
Will you help in deciding the right packaging material for my product?
Yes, we do provide Basic Free Consultancy for selection of right Packaging Material, however, for a complete Consultancy project, kindly get in touch with us for services offered and charges.

Couriers FAQS
Do you also provide courier services?
Yes, we are courier aggregators and help you to select the right courier as per location and price and send the couriers on your behalf. Kindly contact us for Rate Chart.
Do you provide International shipping?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping through our courier partners. The pickups are available only in Mumbai.
Do I need to provide an invoice if I am selling the product?
Yes, as per rules, you’ll be required to provide us with a copy of the invoice with the details of the buyer, seller and items packed if the value of the item is above Rs.100/-
How to pack the parcels?
Selecting right packaging material is very important to secure your items.
Please use appropriate boxes and materials as per the weight and type of the consignment. We provide a wide range of packaging material to suit your needs. Kindly contact us on info@sendeasy.in for details.
How to calculate the weight of the parcel?
We levy shipment charges as per the respective operators’ policies to charge the higher of actual or volumetric weight, and the prices quoted are based on the suggested weight.
- Actual weight: The actual weightage of your parcel.
- Volumetric Weight: (Length * Width * Height) / 5000

The rates charged covers which all charges?
All the prices are inclusive of fuel charges, service charges and GST. However, duties, customs, storage charges or additional taxes are to be borne by you, as applicable.
When is an e-Way Bill required?

How will I track my order?
We provide Tracking details via Message.
How do I ensure that my parcel is safe?
We make sure your parcels are handled with utmost care, however, you’ve the option of choosing insurance option to safeguard your interests. We levy 3% of the declared value as insurance charges, if you wish to opt for the same.
